Dr. Khoury is the chairman of Inavisis, Inc. He has a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and an M.B.A. in Finance. He was a key member of the team that developed and implemented the Intellectual Asset Management program within The Dow Chemical Company.
Dr. Khoury specializes in the valuations of technology in the chemical, biotechnology, healthcare, and other life sciences technologies. He was instrumental in developing valuation tools such as the Technology Factor method and Technology Valuation Management System (TVMS™).
He served on the board of the Licensing Executive Society (LES) for 3 years and was the chair of the "Valuation and Taxation" committee at LES for 2 years.

 

Iris Dunia
President, Inavisis Inc.

Ms. Dunia is the CEO/CFO of Inavisis, Inc. She has a management degree with a specialty in nutrition. Her work experience has been in the financial departments of several companies and she has managed the nutritional services of health care facilities. Ms. Dunia is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the financial operations of Inavisis, Inc. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

ROBERT COHRS
Securitization Specialist

Robert Cohrs has over 25 years experience in corporate finance, equipment leasing and international finance, and he is now pioneering the development of intellectual property securitization.  His background includes patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, export finance specialist at the Export Import Bank of the United States and corporate finance, specializing in corporate secured debt, national and international equipment lease financing and intellectual property securitization.  His education includes a Law degree from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Business Administration in International Finance and Marketing from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from Ohio State University.
