IP Right Preservation

Where Does One Turn When Their Intellectual Property Rights Are Being Violated?

INAVISIS® is dedicated to enforcing your IP rights.

Inavisis helps companies and individual inventors preserve and enforce their IP rights on a worldwide basis, sometimes with very little or no out-of-pocket cost.

The Inavisis team evaluates your IP, determines whether and to what extent others are infringing it, conducts an enforcement licensing campaign, and teams with an experienced IP Litigator to enforce and preserve your rights in court.

A successful preservation and enforcement campaign can accomplish the following: generate cash; prove that the subject IP is valid and valuable; either preclude people from infringing it, or in the alternative make sure the owner of the IP is properly compensated for its use.

The process typically involves 4 steps:

(1) Due Diligence
(2) Notification
(3) Negotiation
(4) Litigation

During the Due Diligence phase, the Inavisis team reviews your IP to determine how broad and enforceable the claims are, has attorneys evaluate it in terms of how susceptible it may be to attack in litigation; determines who and to what extent the IP is being infringed; and finally establishes the strategic plan for conducting the enforcement campaign.

During the Notification stage, the Inavisis team crafts and compiles an appropriate notification package for potential infringers. This package specifically identifies the infringing behavior as it relates to the claims of the patent. It is at this point that the Inavisis team offers a license on reasonable terms.

In the Negotiation stage, Inavisis Licensing Executives and attorneys obtain and document the best possible licensing terms. An experienced team collects the data to properly establish a royalty base, and conducts a thorough royalty study to establish the proper royalty rate.

Against those who do not negotiate a license, Inavisis continues to preserve your IP rights by assembling a formidable Litigation team and by managing the litigation to judgment. Because of its contacts through licensing and serving as an expert witness, Inavisis has access to some of the best IP litigators in the world.

Inavisis can preserve and enforce your IP rights not only in the U.S., but also in Europe, the Far East or anywhere your IP is filed.  Contacts, experience and superior knowledge of IP set Inavisis apart.
