History of Inavisis, Inc.

INAVISIS® “The IP Specialist” was established in January, 2000 in San Diego, California in response to market needs for accurate valuation of intangible assets and the development of intellectual asset management strategies.
Initially, the company focused their effort on the US market with emphasis on intellectual asset management and the valuation of intellectual properties. The donation of intellectual properties to non-profit organizations was a popular program and companies retained INAVISIS® for their expertise in providing accurate and defensible valuations of intellectual property that meet the IRS requirements.
INAVISIS® acquired the rights of the technology factor method from The Dow Chemical Company. Dr. Khoury developed this unique technology valuation method during his employment at The Dow Chemical Company, with the help of the prestigious consulting firm Arthur D. Little. This method was designed specifically to determine the fair market value of technology and used extensively in the negotiations of licensing deals.
As INAVISIS® started licensing the intellectual properties, potential licensees were resisting taking licenses even if they were practicing the patented technologies. So INAVISIS® expanded its services and added team members with litigation experience specifically to provide expert witness services for our clients that wanted to enforce their patents. Today INAVISIS® is recognized as one of the leading firms that provides expert witness support in patent infringement.
All these services positioned INAVISIS® as the premier company that provides all the services for effective intellectual property leveraging. INAVISIS® became a one-stop shop for all intellectual property needs.
INAVISIS® clients are mainly fortune 500 companies, we are fortunate to claim that we have more than half of the fortune 100 companies as clients. In the future our strategy is to serve clients large and small and expand our European and Asian markets to match our US operations.
