Technologies Available for Licensing
Closure Device which Stores and Can Introduce
an Additive into a container

New Light Capital LLC. has acquired the rights for the allowed patent relating to a closure device that stores and can introduce an additive into a container. New Light Capital has retained Inavisis, Inc. as the exclusive licensing and commercialization group to bring the technology to market.
The allowed patent describes an electrically - actuated valve in a closure device to reduce the complexity of manufacturing, assembly and use.
The technology is designed to preserve active ingredients that might decompose upon exposure to light or air. Then dispense the active
concentrate into a reservoir right before use.
The product could be used in multiple market applications:
- Beverages such as ice coffee and tea.
- Pharmaceutical active ingredients.
- Unstable dyes and colorant.
The technology is at early stage of development and New Light Capital LLC is seeking partners that would be interested in developing the technology and manage the commercial launch of the product in multiple market applications.

Business Proposal
Inavisis, Inc. has the exclusive licensing agreement for Factor2LLC coating technology. The Coating technology is available for licensing, outright purchase or a joint venture with a strategic partner.
Process Description
A waterborne film coating involving two compositions, A (waterborne coating) and B (de-hydrant material), is mixed and applied in a continuous dual-feed stream using a plural component spray apparatus.
Attributes
Increasing demand for end use specific coating solutions coupled with technological advancements in the industrial coating field have been driving factors in recent years. Additionally, industry experts indicate that growing environmental concerns, government legislation limiting VOC emission, and new commercial air barrier code requirements will continue to be a driving force behind the adoption of new coating technologies including waterborne and two‐component systems in a global paints and coatings market which is expected to reach a valuation of US$143.9 billion in 2019.
